The Suite Spot is a co-work space and business incubator designed to help small businesses grow. The co-work space, located in the main area of the first floor, is aimed for people who would typically work from home or do not have traditional offices. Dedicated workspace is located on the 2nd floor with a three-month agreement. Office space is available with an semi-annual lease.

The University of Georgia operates one of their Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) in Lawrenceville, GA to serve the Gwinnett County region. They provides tools, trainings, resources, and a wide of educational services to help small businesses grow and aspiring entrepreneurs succeed. They are here to answer questions and help address concerns about the effects of the COVID-19 virus on business, cash flow, payroll, marketing, and more.

SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Association that helps entrepreneurs start and grow their small businesses through their network of business mentors which is their core service. In addition, SCORE offers free and low-cost educational workshops each year, both online and in-person.

Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE) has emerged as a leader in responsive and innovative small business financing in Georgia. For small companies in a vulnerable stage of growth, ACE makes loans with generous repayment terms and affordable interest rates. ACE provides coaching & connections to help make your business a success while using their service.

ACE Women’s Business Center:
The ACE Women’s Business Center (located in Norcross) understands the needs of small businesses, both start-ups and existing businesses. They know what it takes to successfully obtain small business funding, the challenges small businesses face, and the knowledge and experience to provide the training and support small business owners need to be successful. WBC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is is a state agency that helps build strong, vibrant communities. We provide support to communities on their journey towards growth and prosperity, helping lay the groundwork for economic opportunities and local development efforts across the state. One of their three core principals is community and economic development. DCA’s Community and Economic Development programs offer a variety of resources to help communities prepare for economic development, as well as create workforce housing.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is designed to help small business owners and entrepreneurs pursue the American dream. The SBA is the only cabinet-level federal agency fully dedicated to small business and provides counseling, capital, and contracting expertise as the nation’s only go-to resource and voice for small businesses.

Georgia District Office:
The District Office is responsible for the delivery of SBA’s programs and services throughout Georgia. The SBA has developed many small business loan and assistance programs, special outreach efforts and initiatives to aid and inform small businesses.
