- PUBLIC HEARING – AX 16-005 City of Sugar Hill is requesting to annex 2.42 acres at 6162 Suwanee Dam Road to RS-100 for future Greenspace.
- PUBLIC HEARING – RZ 16-006 City of Sugar Hill will consider amending the zoning and associated conditions placed on the properties in 2005 known as Bellagio Estates II located at Henry Bailey Road and Benefield Road – RS-100/PRD.
- PUBLIC HEARING – RZ 16-007 City of Sugar Hill will consider amending the zoning and associated conditions placed on the properties in 2005 which never materialized for Bellagio II project located at Cumming Highway and Henry Bailey Road zoned BG.
