Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:37 PM.

Members in Attendance: Mayor Taylor Morain, Mayor Pro Temp Aysha Jerald, Kaan Cubukcu, Spencer Williams, Ethan Shaw, Roshni Patel, Nida Merchant.

• Kaan Cubukcu motioned to change the swearing date on the minutes from January 3^rd to December 20^th. Aysha Jerald seconded this motion.
• There were no council reports this meeting.
• The Youth Council updated their pictures for the City of Sugar Hill’s website.
• The deadline for applying to attend the Germany trip is January 8^th, 2017.
• The 2017 Mayors’ Day Conference will be on January 22^nd and 23^rd.
• Spencer Williams’ plans for the Youth Summit will be presented at the next meeting

Adjournment: Kaan Cubukcu motioned to end the meeting at 6:30 PM, and Nida Merchant seconds this motion.
