Board Members Present: Karen Harrison, Erin Stachowiak, Joann Burel, Chris Walker, Aly Lopez

Guests: Kyle Jones, Brittany Barrett, Margaret Neal,

1. Treasurer report $10,000 for 2017
   1. Nothing spent to this point $10,000 remains
2. Historical Markers
   1. Reviewed costs and potential locations
      1. Area of trainwreck PIB and 20

• Need to schedule walkthrough of Buice school, separate from the public
  1. Need to photograph and document school
  2. Other important date
     12. April 29 work sessions for cabinet documenting and cabinet 9-12.
     13. November meeting is ok as scheduled. December to be off City Calendar but, will remain as appreciation dinner.
  3. Aly Lopez accepted position the board and voted yes by the city council
  4. Margaret Neal voted in as 7^th member of the SHHPS Board
  5. Grave geophysical investigations will cost $1000 per site
