APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Motion by Victoria Kesler to move officer elections to last item of new business. Second by Terry Mulligan. Approved 5-0
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Arts Commission Meeting June 14, 2016. Motion by Terry Mulligan. Second by Joyce Cutchins. Approved 5-0.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Never wet stencil follow-up and Artios reimbursement. John Lane reported about $40 in expenses.

B. Thursdays at the Hill. John Lane and March Cohen signed up as attendants for 7/21. Kristin Blackmon and Terry Mulligan signed up as attendants for 8/4. Victoria Kesler signed up as attendant for 8/18.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Reschedule/ relocate August 9th regular meeting. Discussed next meeting date and future meeting schedule. No action taken, Scott Andrews to send doodle.
B. Goals – Discuss survey results and set some goals as an outline for a work plan over the next one to two years. Discussed surveys and possible monthly exhibition. No action taken.
C. Mural Committee. Discussed Arts Commission delegate for the selection committee. Commissioners are to email Nicole with their suggestion for the representative and top 3 artist selections.
D. DDA Acquisition of artwork for Suite Spot
1. $3000 approved, no action taken.

F. Officer Elections. Terry Mulligan nominated John Lane as Chair, seconded by Joyce Cutchins. No other nominations. Approved 5-0, John Lane abstained. Joyce Cutchins nominated Victoria Kesler as Vice Chair, seconded by Terry Mulligan. No other nominations. Approved 5-0, Victoria Kesler abstained.
