IFB 20-001 Sugar Hill Museum and Gallery Tenant Improvements
The City of Sugar Hill will accept sealed bids from qualified Contractors for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the construction of Tenant Improvements located at:
Broadstone at Sugar Hill
5010 W. Broad ST. STE A1118-A1120,
Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518
until 4:00 pm local standard time on the 6th day of August, 2020, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud for:
Project # 20-001: Sugar Hill Museum and Gallery.
All work must be completed within 90 calendar days. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Instructions to Bidders. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after time designated for receipt of Bids or until notified by Owner, whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and informalities.
