New Gas Service
The City of Sugar Hill operates its own natural gas system. Information about Sugar Hill Gas may be obtained at Sugar Hill City Hall or by calling (770) 945-6716.
Residential Service
To establish new service, fill out the Residential Utility Deposit form. A utility deposit of $150.00 and a valid state or federally issued photo ID are required for service to be connected. If you are renting the residential property, provide a copy of the lease with the application. The application, lease and ID can be e-mailed to gas@cityofsugarhill.com or faxed to 770-945-0281. Please call to confirm receipt and to complete application process.

Please call to confirm receipt and to complete application process.
You may also setup automatic payments by filling out the Automatic Payments Enrollment Form on the Gas Service Forms page or for a small convenience fee, you can pay your bill online via Paymentus.
